There is nothing wrong with expecting divine rewards.

All selfishness aspects of it aside life if you really think about it is pretty friggen pointless without some sort of reward since it’s part of everything.

From going to heaven to getting a job we all aim for some type of “reward” no matter how we choose to rationalize it otherwise.

To me that’s not a sin and does not make people selfish.

No it’s what people expect and how they act if they don’t get exactly what they excepted.

Meaning it’s OK to expect but don’t act as if it’s owed to you because nothing is really owed to us which is what makes receiving them divine rewards.

Even a lousy pay raise still counts as it all depends on what a person truly desires in life as others may simply desire hugs and kisses as divine rewarding.

Our whole reality is all just perspective which we have control over even if many think they don’t.

Look for the good as the bad never needs help coming out due to the fact they create the fear while the good have to repel it in which case creates scary scenarios.

Which is why I chose to avoid the bad as much as I can while chasing and extracting the good anywhere I can , especially from self.
