The whole key to mastering depression alongside other mental illnesses?

I know that since today I have felt good all day so far?

I am going to tank/crash here at any moment which could be anytime from 30 minutes to 7 days or more, usually more frequently than that.

But I have found it can be controlled through online expressing, drugs and environment.

Basically a situation of let’s not awaken the dragon while it’s sleeping. ⁂

As long as they work with me instead of trying to force methods I have tried many times before on me.

So far we have more or less stabilization over the past 5 years, we can cain solid stabilization if we continue these trials in a more private offline environment.

Can always setup cameras and have regular visits, simple.
